Responsibilities: The core job duties and responsibilities are as below but not limited to any duties not mention or assigned by the management:  Issue payment voucher, purchase order, invoices, cheques and banking.  Handle petty cash and verify staff expenses claim. Cash Flow Control.  Handle and maintain full set of accounts for the company.  Resolve accounting discrepancies, interact with other departments, banks and external auditors.  GST Preparation.  Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.  Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer, processing backups.  Accounts data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.  Organize and maintain proper document filling system.  Other ad hoc responsibility assigned by the Management as and when required.
