We are an established Chartered Accountants Firm operating in Georgetown Penang providing audit, tax consultancy, corporate advisory and accounting services to a variety of clients.

Due to our rapid expansions, we invite suitable and qualified candidates to fill the abovementioned position.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT –  ONE POSITION(FULL TIME)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • To handle day to day seretarial and administrative functions
  • To prepare invoice for billings
  • To assist in debt collections from clients
  • To receive phone calls and make calls to client based on job assigned
  • To ensure proper filing of documents and reports
  • To undertake other tasks as instructed from time to time

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least STPM/ Diploma preferable in Administrative Discpline

  • Knowleadgeable in UBS Accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Able to handle Microsoft Applications Words, Excel and Access
  • Candidate must be Independent, Systematic, Analytical , Meticulous and be willing to learn
  • Required Language(s) for (written & spoken) Bahasa and English
  • Applicants must be Malaysian Citizen
  • Permanent position available
  • Male or Female applicants with or without experience (as training will be provided) are encourage to apply but with experience will be an added advantage
