Job Description

A call center offering 24 hour service to assist callers with questions for a website portal and general questions on behalf of a govt agency. Work in 8 hours shift (3 shifts a day) and assist callers with enquiries and technical questions.
Training will be provided. Company based in Bangsar South (close to LRT station).
Must have pleasant voice, polite. Proficient in both Malay and English. Arabic is an advantage
