Human Resource :
- Prepare monthly payroll for the company
- Monitor and maintain records of staff attendance and prepare monthly report for review
- Checking of overtime & allowances.
- Handling Ad-hoc matters related to HR
- Responsible for Administration matters
- Registering, managing, and renewing all companies licences
- To handle overall company vehicles matters such as maintenance, insurance renewal and etc
- Handling office administrative matters such as stationeries, uniform and etc
- To monitor, apply and renew all companies group insurance.
- To handle building maintenance matters.
- Handling Ad-hoc matters related to Admin.
