Payroll Executive Jobs in Malaysia

Reports to: Finance Manager

Main Functions: You will be solely responsible for preparing all payroll related matter for the company. Claims, overtime and all aspects pertaining to payments and income will be handled by you. You should have good knowledge of local statutory guidelines, standards, EPF, SOCSO and nay other matter related to employee payroll and other areas.

Job Duties

  • To prepare and process all monthly or other periodic payroll including claims, allowances and others.
  • To ensure all deductions for EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other bodies are carried out timely and accurately
  • To work with the finance team to ensure proper reporting of expenditures and other financial issues
