Main Functions: You will be required to be the first-level support of administrative matters of the company. You will be involved in the carrying out of day-to-day operations for the smooth flow of the business ensuring all procedures and processes are adhered to.

Job Duties

  • To provide general administrative support for all staff in the company
  • To ensure proper organization of documents for efficient storage and retrieval
  • To coordinate traffic flow of documentation in the company, ensuring all processes are followed through in a timely manner
  • To support management on any ad-hoc tasks when required.
