Reports to: General Manager

Main Function: You will be involved in the buying process for the company. As a primary part of the supply chain, you play a key role in ensuring that there is a steady stream of supplies for the company and its network of branches to support the on-going demand of the customers.

Key Roles:

  • To liaise with all parties involved in the supply of products for the company in order to support day-to-day sales operations
  • To identify new suppliers with better credentials and to forge new partnerships for better productivity and efficiency
  • Sourcing of new products with better profit margin to increase revenue for the company
  • To manage all negotiations and any co-ordinations required to ensure smooth flow of supplies
  • Strategize and implement effective partnerships that can minimize cost thereby creating better working relationships with all parties involved in the buying process
  • To monitor sales of products in stores to ensure no shortage of supplies. This includes ordering stock for products that are low in inventory and to ensure sufficient stock is available during peak seasons.
  • To handle and manage all administrative functions including issuing of documents, filing and ensuring all policies are adhered to accordingly.
