A well established multinational company providing customer and banking services to local and international customers from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Brunei, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom and Canada is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position :

Customer Support Executives @ Cyberjaya, Multimedia Super Corridor

Responsibilities:
• Maintain solid customer relationship by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• To handle data processing from customers in local Malaysia and global market.

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least SPM or STPM/ or equivalent.
• Diploma and Degree holders in any field are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• For certain countries, knowledge in communication Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Experience is not necessary as extensive training will be provided.
• Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with a positive working attitude.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or holding relevant residence status.
• Willing to work on shift, 5 days / week.
